Return and Refund Policy

1. Physical Products

We accept returns of physical products only if they are unused and in their original packaging.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • The product must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Process for Returns:

  1. Contact our support team at support@kipaura.com to initiate a return.
  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

2. Digital Products

All digital products (e.g., courses, downloadable content) are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase.

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refunds are available if you are dissatisfied with the product or if it does not meet the description provided.
  • Refunds are not available if the product has been fully accessed or downloaded.

Process for Refunds:

  1. Contact our support team at support@kipaura.com to request a refund.
  2. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
  3. Once approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

3. Creatives Submitted by Creators

If a creator submits a creative for approval but it is not approved by the business, the business is responsible for compensating the creator.

Compensation Terms:

  • A minimum of $30 per creative will be paid to the creator for each submission that is not approved.
  • Payment will be processed within 30 days of the decision not to approve the creative.

Process for Compensation:

  1. Creators will be notified via email if their creative is not approved.
  2. Payment will be issued through the original payment method (e.g., PayPal or Stripe).

4. Exceptions

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
  • Digital products that have been fully accessed or downloaded.
  • Services that have already been rendered (e.g., consultations, custom work).
